Our four farmhouse gites sit in over 2 acres of private grounds with views over undulating farmland. The gardens have a heated above ground swimming pool. There is also a 14ft trampoline with safety nets, swings and a boules court, view our garden page for photos taken last summer. We won 1st place in the Mellé in bloom in 2009 for our hanging baskets
The gites are
comfortably furnished and include all linen, towels and tea towels, and a
welcome pack. So whether you want to relax in the garden, enjoy a walk or cycle ride through beautiful countryside, there really is something for all the family to enjoy in this beautiful part of Brittany.

We fell in love with La Basse Rouerie on a rather damp morning in February 1999 and decided it was time for her to be loved again after being empty for more than 20 years. We started converting the Longere into 4 Gites (cottages in English) in 2002 and have just had our eighth summer season and the best one to date. Over the years we have stayed in many gites and have put into ours what many leave out, because we live on site, we are able to give that personal touch, especially with the cleaning and maintenance, hence the gites are very well cared for. We are here to greet you and hand over the keys, you are always welcome to come and ask our advice or just simply to have a chat.
